I weigh currently about 150 pounds, but according to the BMI I should weigh around 140-145 pounds. I'm wondering though, since muscle weighs more than fat, I've been working out frequently now that I have lost about 65 pounds and have most likely doubled muscularly since then. I will of course lose weight until I reach about 145, but should I be very discouraged still that I'm at a plateau?

  1. Muscle weighs more than fat mean same size of muscle is more heavy. If you do exercise to build muscle, you will found that you looked thinner and weight drop since some of the fat gone and some build the muscle.
