What is the difference of Dale JUNIOR and KYLE Bush?

I think its KYLE BUSH is ONLY happy with first, but DALE JUNIOR just wants a TOP 10 and does not have as much DESIRE to WIN as KYLE or he would by now if he was really good because he is in a FAST car. AGREE?

  1. Dale Junior is from NASCAR country and Kyle is from Vegas. Junior has taken the long road to where he's at, and Kyle is just finding out where he's going. And the biggest difference between Junior and Kyle is, Junior drives a Chevrolet and Kyle doesn't

  13. I totally disagree. Jr has just as much desire to win but has a different attitude/style. He has made some mistakes that kept him from winning as every driver does throughout their career. Tony Eury Jr. is a good crew chief but that get's a driver good runs. Great crew chiefs get wins. If you'll notice, when Jr. pits and does the same as everyone else, the best he does is hold position. Very seldom does he gain positions on pit road when following the same strategy as others in the top 10. It also seems that Jr's car is what it is in the beginning of the race. Too many times I have seen Tony Jr. struggle to keep up with the track. Like Jr. said last week. "Ya. That worked in the 90s" or something similar. Forget family. This is business. The business of winning. That's what pays the bills and ensures long term employment. In my opinion there need to be major changes across the board. But NOT during the season. If he simply holds 3rd place through Homestead-Miami during his first year with a new owner/team, he's done very well. But I assure you that's not good enough for him. Kyle on the other hand has the good fortune of being with a great crew chief and the naivete of a new driver. He is also driving a car with a horsepower advantage. A TOTALLY LEGAL ONE. His style is overly aggressive and win at any cost. I'm not bashing the kid. I am thoroughly impressed with his talent. But many other drivers are not happy with him. They are giving him some time to grow up and settle down. If he doesn't, the veterans will show him how arrogance and self-centerdness are dealt with NASCAR style. Long term? I'll take Jr over Rowdy any day. He's looking short term and Jr is looking at the big picture. Remember Cole Trickle? Movie was inaccurate but the beginning where he is burning up tires is a great metaphore for the purposes of this conversation. Ever notice that "Days of Thunder" and "Top Gun" are the same movie? I have seen each at least a dozen times and will probably double that number in the coming years. LAME!!!! Go ahead and laugh at me. I certainly am. LOL Peace.

  16. I think Kyle wants it all, and he wants it now!  Jr. has matured enough to see the bigger picture.  Consistency does pay off in the long run.  Jr. also has the desire to win, just not the desire to run over everybody in his way to get there.  Biggest difference?  "RESPECT"

  21. id say be careful what you ask. ive had 2 questions reported and deleted involving  jr and kyle (nothing bad just opinionated) and they were reproted by a nutty jr fan and a nutty kyle fan so good luck my freind.

    as for your qustion, kyle SEEMS a bit more aggresive now and junior is being steady like the rabbit and the hare..has to do with age alot...but jr  going steady and i think h**l get it done last 10 races...but i hope carl wins the cuop!!

  24. So many people don't look at the big picture in nascar. I see so many people only going week by week wanting to win. That's not what its all about, you can have a driver win races, but have DNFs as well, and the driver with less wins but consistant, finishes in the standings so much better. When it was the winston cup and they didn't do the last 10 races thing, yea most likely the driver with the most wins in the beginning of the season will win the championship. It's not that way anymore. I think Jr realizes this now, so I think he is happy with top 5 and top 10 finishes, he just wants to make sure he is in the chase at this point in the season. Jr has a lot more control and maturity than kyle does, I think jr will finish better in the points. Only thing kyle has for him is more horsepower... Remember last year all you kyle fans... If kyle was still at HMS I bet anything kyle wouldn't even be in the top 5 in points! Kyle is just a kid, you really can't compare the two...

    When was the last time a Junior win mattered? Don't tell me it was the Bud Shootout.

    Junior is and was willing to sell out to his family name when he went to Team Satan. It sucks that he has to bury Casey Mears.

    Then again, Junior is responsible for getting Kyle Busch released. What a difference a year makes.
