I want to buy a tent trailer a 2991 flagstaff but it has a rubber vinyl roof instead of a canvas, what is the difference

  1. canvas tops can leak after extreme weather. The rubber top repels water all the time, but is more apt to get a hole. But the rubber is an easier fix if there is a hole.
