  1. Big difference...

    Gelatin is a substance... Gelatin is gelling stuff (typically) rendered from an animal source.

    Gelitanization is a "chemical"/cooking reaction... Pre-gelantinzed implies that a starch is partially cooked and absorbed moisture.


  2. To a vegetarian there is on difference, both have gelatin in them, so are off limits.  

  3. Hope you don't take Advil....
