  1. adult education courses can have credit points attached to them (honours degree in UK for example is worth 360) or could have no credits (purely for fun/recreation)

In UK an undergraduate is someone currently on a degree programme at university - normally 3yrs, sometimes 4yrs long.

A graduate is anyone who got through that and passed their degree!! They could be in work, engaged in higher studies at postgraduate level, or travelling around the world enjoying themselves!

  2. I don't get your credit part but an Undergraduate student is usually straight out of High school and doesn't have a degree yet. A graduate student has their bachelor degree and is looking to get a higher degree.

  3. Not sure what you mean by credit...

Undergrad is what you go to after high school to get your Associate's (2 year) or Bachelor's (4 year) degree (good colleges offer 4 year.) Then you can go to grad school, which is usually 4 years. You will focus on one specialty instead of the way it is in undergrad, where you have a major (or a double major, or a major and a minor) but can still take classes in other subjects.
