What is the difference with the gsx that have the circular reverse lights and the ones that have the long..

The Tear Drop light cars have a few aesthetic differences. These models have different front fascias and do not have the same factory side skirting and door sill panels.

Are you talking about the Eclipse model year '95-'99? The Eclipse model year '95-'96 had the tear drop shaped reverse lights that sit on both sides of the license plate. The '97-'99 model year has the circular reverse lights that sit on the bumper. It's purely aesthetic!
