What is the different between King and Crown King ?

There is no such thing as a crown king. There's a king and a crown prince. The kings rules right now and the crown prince inherots the title when the king is no longer able to do his duty.

You wouldn't have 2 kings, crown or otherwise. If you already have a King or Queen, the next in the line of succession is the Crown Prince. Charles, among other titles, is the Crown Prince of England.
