  1. NO You can not as blue ray disk players are combo type for them dvd is playable whereas it is not other way around.

    Blue ray is good for HDMI, have more disk space whereas DVD is only 4.7 Gb


  2. no u cant play a blue ray disc on your dvd player.....a blue ray disc is basically a newer version of dvd's....the difference is a blue ray disc has way better graphics...and is meant for a high def tv.....hope i helped

  3. no you have to buy a blue ray dvd player thats what happened to me. and the difference is blue ray is like hd but alot better
