What is the different between exit and re entry visa and working visa?

Exit visa... some countries, especially the middle east will not let you leave their countries unless you have one. Usually obtained from a police station. re entry visa is for people with work visas or spouse visas who want to leave the country but will return to continue whatever it is they are doing, if they  leave the country without first getting the re entry visa they will have to start their immigration procedures over. a working visa is exactly what it says, that you may live and work in the country for a certain period, usually renewable. hope this helps.
