I what to purchase the a mixer for karoke but i don't know which mixer i should purchase.

what should i Purchase the live music mixer or the Karaoke Mixer?

  2. Basically they are the same. In a Music mixer, you can have two or more inputs. Each input has separate preamplifier being fed at the same time to the main amplifier in order to obtain single audio output with those sounds from every inputs combined together. Mixers are generally used in professional recordings such as duets plus multiple backgound instruments so as level up the intensity of each sound to come up with a balance output. While Karaoke Mixers may only consist of two channel inputs, one for Vocals and the other channel for the accompaniment such that you may only have to toggle the balance control fr left to right. Karaoke mixer is the the simplest as it can be MONO and you may separate inputs by multiplexing. You purchase the one with more inputs.
