What is the different to be owner or moderator?

Moreover I can not change of the number "new members" and "new message" on the group page. In spite of there are new messages and members, there is no anything in pending list.

The owner has the abilty to be able to delete the group, the mod does not. The mod can only have the duties the owner approve when they make them  a mod, or update their status. The numbers posted on your homepage for new members and new messages is not able to be controlled by us. It is a yahoo thing. Sometimes it takes a bit for the changed numbers to be reflected.

the onwer owns the group,and has the ability to make members a modertor (can have up to 15) and give them up to 9 priviledges- moderators can help run and maintain a group-

if you're talking about the top info of the group, Activity within 7 days, you cant change that and at times Yahoo takes a while to refresh those stats.

The owner of the group is the one who created it and has the total control of the group. The moderator is, however, maybethought as the helper. But sometimes the owner and the moderator are the some people. I fthey are different, the owner of the group may give priviliges to the moderator. For more information please go to:
