What is the differente between humidity abd relative humidity?

Relative humidity is proportional to the ambient (air) temperature.  The air can only hold so much water... so when the temperature is 90 degrees, you can never have 100% relative humidity.  That is because the dewpoint rarely reaches over the 75-80 degree range.  The air cannot hold any more water molecules. The dewpoint has to equal the temperature to have 100% relative humidity.  

Normal humidity or specific humidity is not calculated based on the air temperature.
