  1. Kohl is defined as- A cosmetic preparation, such as powdered antimony sulfide, used especially in the Middle East to darken the rims of the eyelids.  

    Kajal is how people in some countries say kohl.  Like in the US we say bangs, but in the UK they call it fringe.

    In the US some cosmetics companies call eyeliner Kohl, and some compamies label their eyeliners as kohl kajal (like wet n wild)

  3. Kohl {from Arabic kuḥl) is also sometimes spelled kol, kehal (in the Arab world), or kohal, and is known as surma or kajal in South Asia.

    In India we call Kohl as Kajal in hindi. Both are same.

  6. There's no difference. Kajal is what kohl is known as in India (in Hindi language).
