  1. An entrepreneur is someone who  organizes, operates, and assumes the risk for a business venture.

A proprietor is a person who has the legal right or exclusive title to something.

  2. Since others have given you dictionary definitions, I will give you a more familiar one.  An entrepreneur is someone who starts a business (or businesses).  S/he has to have some creativity and the willingness to take risks and try new things.  A proprietor is someone who owns a business, usually a retail business.  S/he could be an entrepreneur, but also could be someone who inherited a family business and continues to run it as it has always been run.

  3. An Entrepreneur is someone who makes money by starting businesses or by spotting a business opportunity and being the first to invest in it, thus cleaning up before everyone else jumps on the bandwagon.

A proprietor is someone in charge of a business location. It may be a shopkeeper in charge of their own shop, in which case they could also be an entrepreneur or it could be someone managing a business for someone else.

I hope this is what you were asking.
