What is the diffrence in enhancer contacts and color contatcts?

I have been thinking about getting contacts. A friend of mine says that enhancers are really cool. I was just woundering if there is a diffrence between enhancers and color contacts.

enhancers are just to enhance the color of your eyes, so if you dont have light colored eyes they wont show
