What is the distance from san pedro sula honduras to the guatamala border?

It's about 4 hours by bus from San Pedro Sula to the border just past Copan, Honduras (I can't remember the town).  that's the closest border to Guatemala from S.P.S.

  The distance isn't that far but the roads in Honduras are not that great so it takes a while

there are two border crossing that you can take from San Pedro Sula, One is taking the road to the coast Pto Cortes and make the crossing in Corinto near Pto Barrios Guatemala. this will be 1 1/2 hour. THe second is near the Copan Ruins taking the west road from San Pedro Sula. The border crossing is in el Florido. This may take up to 2 1/2 hours. There is a third but is much longer this may take up to 5 hours. This is in Ocotepeque

If you are flying it is about 20 miles to the Guatemala border. The highway however runs east and west through SPS so if you  are asking what the distance is to a border crossing point that would be farther depending where you choose to cross.Sorry,that is the best I can do without knowing exactly what you need.Below is a link to a map that may help you visualize the area. Many tourists want to go to Copan from SPS for the ruins and that is about 100 miles /160 Km from SPS near the border town of El Florido to the west.Hope this helps you.
