What is the distance of right of way when crossing a road?

Could you clarify the question a bit more, please? Right-of-way in most cases aren't established by distance; in auto vs. pedestrian, it's the pedestrian with the right-of-way. 2 cars? Whoever arrives first.  If it seems that they arrived at the same time, then it's whoever is figuratively to the right. Hope that answers your question.

I would say that you would need to be able to see 200 feet both left and right.
