  1. Could you clarify the question a bit more, please? Right-of-way in most cases aren't established by distance; in auto vs. pedestrian, it's the pedestrian with the right-of-way. 2 cars? Whoever arrives first.  If it seems that they arrived at the same time, then it's whoever is figuratively to the right. Hope that answers your question.


  2. instead of asking silly questions,, just go to your local DMV and get a free copy of the driver's ED book.

  3. I would say that you would need to be able to see 200 feet both left and right.
