The Consular and Commercial Offices of the Embassy are operational in Abuja, while the VISA Section is managed by the Italian Consulate in Lagos.

For travellers to Italy (visas)

The Visa Office is open on the following days:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 11:00 am (submission of applications) and from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm (visa collection).

Visa application procedures

For all types of visas, applicants have to submitt a valid passport (the validity of the passport has exceed of at least three months the date of expiry of the visa), 2 pictures, the visa application form plus the documents requested for the specific type of visa.
