  1. the downside is that its a ttr 225

  2. it might be a bit heavy

  3. According to your description on how and where you ride, there is no downside. It is perfect for your riding style.

  4. the tourq and weight

  5. for one its a ttr, i would prefer a yz if youre looking for a yamaha, even for the kind of riding you will be doing, they are so much more fun, theyre light, fast, you will just have way more fun on a mx bike.

  6. As you have asked this question a couple of times and don't seem to have the answer you want, have a look at the review of the bike at motorcycledaily.com

  7. well one of the downsides mught be that the bike is heavy and ALSO i might start to get really bored with that bike. it has pretty good power and speed but after a while riding that bike become less exciting. it may not matter for you but u may want to look into more bikes and perhaps get a 2stroke or if u like the 4stroke i would think about getting a 450.

  8. these answers should help ya out

-no kickstart only electric. if the battery dies guess whos stuck in the middle of nowhere pushing there bike.

    -relitivly heavy

-not very good suspension. even if you arent jumping suspension makes a huge difference with how the bike rides

    -underpowered in my opinion

i would recomend either a wr250/450 or crf250/450x. these are great all essentially motocross bikes but have been slightly redisigned for the trails. have headlight, taillight, different gearing that is more trail friendly, electric and kickstart.

nice thing about these bikes is you have enough power and great suspension so the bike is much more versatile

  9. It's a yamaha.
