What is the dress code for a DILLARD'S employee?

Though I have never worked there, I would expect it is like any business that sells items.  A nice dress or tayored slacks (no jeans) with blouce, smart and relatively in style.  Nice shoes, no sneakers.  Minimal jewlery and just a touch of makeup.  Hair well groomed.  

You are the role model for the store regardless which department you work in, the first impression to the customer.
