What is the dress code for the Monte Carlo Casino in Monaco? Will jeans with a dress shirt and blazer do?

I plan to go during the day to visit and all the website says is that you need a jacket and tie but is that only for the main playing room? Has anyone been there recently?

I dont remember seeing anyone in jeans when i was there... everyone i saw was pretty much dressed up to the T... randomly parked outside were ferraris and bentleys, porches,  lambos, mercedes benz... it was pretty much top notch when i was there, and that wasn't even part of the main playing room.  Its only for one day, see if you could rent one...

Even the women there were 1st class... im not a fan of that b/c lots of snobs there.... but its definately an experience!

A coat and tie is necessary.  You can forget about the jeans.  They won't let you in with them.
