  5. It is 18, but I am 19 and get my I.D checked all the time in the U.S. I didn't get carded at all in Spain for any club, liquor, anything. There were people in clubs that clearly were not 18, but no one cares. Im not positive about Ibiza because I was only in continental Spain.

  6. It is 18.  Period.  There are no states in Spain.  And it is the same in all regiones.

  7. It is 18, but in most states it is legal to sell drinks under 18º of alcohol (wine,beer..) to teenagers older than 16 years.

In Ibiza (Baleares Islands), I think it is 18 the legal age to drink all kinds of alcohol.

Anyway, authoritys are not very strict with these laws.

    Edit:

I know they are not called states, neither regiones, it is CA.

DON'T TRY TO GIVE ME LESSONS ABOUT MY OWN COUNTRY, Sue.

In some Comunidades, like Galicia, Cataluña or Castilla-León, it DOES is 16 the legal drinking age for low-graduation dirnks. Not the case of Ibiza.

Don't worry, lots of alcohol selleres don't mind this.
