What is the drinking age in kerala, india?

Even you can see the 12, 15, 16 years old are taking ... 18 years is the age for voting power. Even, if the govt fixed age, no such intimations issued as per my knowledge. Moreover, any children can go and get drinks from the shops. No strict enforcement of law is here. For getting permit only the age limit is fixed 18 and 21. The govt is thinking to fix the age limit and they decided to lower the age limit from 25 to 21.
