  1. Can't know without knowing your state. It could well mean the class of offense to possess, that is, the range of punishment. Some states use the terms "Class A," "Class B," etc. Some states could talk about "Classes" of drugs. Most, however, use the federal "Schedule" designations.

Your state's drug laws should be on-line. If you don't see references to Classes, check over in your state penal code of criminal procedure code for sentencing classes.

If you're in the UK, all illegal drugs fall into class A, B, or C, which are punishment classes.

  2. first of all you should not copy and paste peoples comments from here, since that's just plain plagiarism and secondly you never know if they are correct,

However, the drug class act is from 1958 and has been modified and rebated a few times.

The drugs are classed in A B or C, where are is the most dangerous and C is least.

The main way they are classed is the dossage needed to overdose on a particular substance, Cannabis in this case is a very good example since you will have to consume 2 kilos of it in 1 hour to kill yourself .

Class A are the most toxic substances that require less than 0.5 miligrams to overdose (bearing in mind that these are done with pure substances, where there are no impurities)

Class B drugs are those that require from 1-5 grams for an overdose to occur.

Class C drugs are those that are deemed dangerous to the health of the user and that can have substantial effect of the bodily functions (such as alcohol, but thats not illegal). These are also seen as drugs that are harmfull to the society.

  3. I honestly don't know. my guess is how dangerous it is.
