  1. it's just memorization and depends on the kid.  my daughter is 8 and is proficient up to the 10s.


  2. since it is by rote, no age is too young. but dont push the kid. just go thru it again and again, he/she will pick it up gradually.

  3. I learned mine during the first grade, while my Dad was trying to teach them to my 3rd grade brother.  I grew to be an accountant!

    Kids really do learn at different levels.  My brother finally learned them, but it was much harder for him.

    becuz i remember having multiplacation tests in 3rd grade. thats when they kinda start it and except u to kno em.
