  1. Of the records I can find, the earliest measurable snowfall was recorded on September 25th of both 1994 and 1942.  


  2. In 1816, after that volcano blew up, methinks it snowed in July.

  3. It can snow at anytime here. It's snowed on Halloween frequently, although not much of the stick to the ground type, just enough to make trick or treating miserable. In 1993, I remember it snowed in June. That could be the earliest or the latest depending on how you look at it. The weather around here is completely goofy- its snowed, sleeted, rained, and been hot as you know what all in the same week!
