What is the earthquake ?

did technology have the Sophisticated tool to warning about the earthquade? or prevent it happen? will local wild animals behave stranges before the earthquake happen when the earthquake will happen? local wild animals will sense the earthquake before us. is that true?

The short answer is no.

Earthquake prediction is tricky business and not a perfect science. We can only make long term predictions about them based on long term patterns. We certainly cannot pin down months, days, or hours. Not even specific years, really.

You cannot prevent an EQ. You can only building as strongly as possible to be resistant to the shaking.

Animals do act differently but not soon enough to make a difference. They can just perceive the seismic wave a bit before we can. But its a matter of minutes, not days.
