  1. can't b done. find a friend

  2. Stop watch in hand but unfortunately you'll have to do standing starts rather than crouch.  When you say 'most accurate' I wouldn't be too concerned if there are discrepancies as I am assuming this is more for training than anything.  After a while you'll get used to the training regime and even if your times are slightly inaccurate you'll always be able to compare each run if you keep the method of timing consistent.

  3. Hold it in your hand and when you pass the finish line press it again.

  4. I would recommend using a stopwatch in the hand.

If this is not available then you can use the stopwatch on a wristwatch but this is not going to be very accurate.

I'm sorry but if you're on your own this is the best/most accurate way to time your sprints.

    Hope this helps.

    Enjoy!

  5. Well over the summer I have been sprinting with my friends

    seeing that im the fastest

i just held a stopwatch in my hand. when i start i press the button

when i go over the finish line. i press it again.

    BOOM my time

  6. Well just take a timer with you and as soon as you see your foot go over the line stop the timer.

    Thats all really.
