I am a Canadian wanting to buy property in the US. Does anyone know what the easiest, and most practical way to go about this is?

if u have any relative in US than buy land on his/her name in US else you can buy with any partner. because they can also take care of your land and easily take care of your amount.

you can also buy land in US from Canada but this way you cant take care of your land. another option to buy land through any advocate or Chartered Accounts. you will be their client and they will take monthly consultancy charges.
