What is the easiest way to clean upholstery?

I have dogs and am guessing my furniture is dirtier and smellier than I realize. I am also a student, so don't have a lot of money to hire a cleaning service. Are there appliances to do this kind of thing?

Yes there are many different types of carpet and upholstery cleaners to choose from. They vary in size and features. Uprights are generally better for cleaning large areas, while small canisters are better for small areas, car interiors, and furniture. I would recommend a good small canister cleaner, possibly something like Bissel's Little Green Machine. It would be lighter, more portable, and could be used for furniture as well as any "accidents" your dogs may have. But it if your short on cash, you can always spot clean your furniture as needed. Then to help with odors just sprinkle some Baking Soda on before you vacuum, it eliminates odors and is cheaper than other store bought powders.

go buy the bissel carpet and upholstery cleaner , it has brush on the top and scrub away!!

when dried.. spray a lot of frebreze pet odor spray

all you need it elbow grease and a little bit of money
