There is no easy way to do it.  Buy sugarfree.

you can boil it in a pan this reduces the the drink and you can sive the suger out.. or just buy diet lol

Reduce it down to as thick as you can get it, and then pour it out on a flat surface and let it dry and, when you break it up, you should be able to recover some sugar... but there will be other crud in there too so it won't be easy.
