What is the easiest way to get from the Guatemala City airport to Lake Atitlan?

I have always used the airport shuttle at http://www.atitlan.net/shuttle.htm . You can make reservations on-line. They will  meet your airplane (at any hour of the day or night) and take you directly to your address in Panajachel. Very reliable and convenient.

If you have not been to Guatemala before, make sure you make reservations with a reputable travel agency with connections in Guatemala,.

Great Idea  to go from the Airport to the magnificent lake Atitlan.

there is an exclusive hotel< with a view  that would leave you wanting more ( I think is called Santiago Polopo or something Polopo,) if you go with your better half, you will fall in love again,, this is one of the most beautiful hotels in Atitlan.. Make sure you bring your Camera and lots, lots of of film.

And if you have time, go from Lake Or Lago de Atitlan  to La Antigua Guatemala, Hey, after this you may not be able to leave Guatemala..
