    walk every night. during the day get cardio workouts.

    (doesnt have to be excessive)

  18. okay running its great but if you want to shed pounds. you have to work out every day or atleast 6 times a week. you need palaties, weight lifting, even try swimming on like a friday or somthing!!! go to the gym, and join excersize programs. diet wise you DONT HAVE TO DIET!!!! i hate that word. just eat in MODERATION!!! like reduce your portion size. and if you go out to eat. cut everything in half and take half home!!! eat alot of protine, and carbs. sounds fatning but you need that so you suger level dosent drob. caz then you would just gain more weight( running on empty calories). try somthing new everyday. also eat fiber in the morning such as cerial. that will help to hope I helped !!! but rember everybodys body is different!!!
