    I went up huge hills really getting my mid section working.

  4. 100 sit-ups every morning. It'll only take 15minutes out of your day and the results should be visible quickly. Tighter stomach muscles so less of a belly.  

  5. obviously crunches/sit ups work really well but ive also noticed that if you tighten your abs they get more muscle which leads to weight loss. dont just suck it in thats not gonna work but make it tight
