What is the easiest way to move a 9' x 12' garden shed.?

The shed has a plywood floor and is sitting up on cinder blocks.

Depends on how far..... had one moved to the concrete pad of an old removed shed-- they were side by side.  The guys used round poles under the shed being kept and literally rolled it to the concrete pad..... really neat.
