What is the easiest way to play the notes of the entertainer on the piano?

What is the easiest way to play the entertainer on the piano. Is there a piano note sheet of paper that shows the whole song but in the easiest way possible using both left and right hand.

There is an even easier (slightly) version in the Bastien Lesson book, I think it's level 1, but it might be level 2.
