What is the easiest way to replace the wall surrounding the bathtub

we have no ventilation,the wall has started coming apart due to the water from the shower and i want to replace it this is a rental house and the landlord's maintenance people arent reliable or trust worthy and i need to do it myself. my husband cant due to health reasons

A tub surround can be fairly easy except when it comes to cutting out for your shower unit. Hire a handy man or if you have a bath fitter company near by give them a ring.

Let your landlord know to take care of the issue or you will get some one and send him the bill
