he puts people into a frenzy because he is promising things that cannot and will not work.  people have been pre conditioned from a young age to rely on the government for almost everything, and very few people have personal responsibility nowadays.  unfortunately this puts obama in a great position to grab power.  its almost the same situation hitler was in when he came into power.  the economy is bad (because of government intervention and policies of the federal reserve) and since people have been taught in school to think that government can fix everything ( despite the fact that the creation of the federal reserve was sold as a way to stabilize the economy in the country, it presided over the worst stock market crack in american history, the longest depression in american history, as well as the longest continued inflation in american history) they are ready and willing to listen.  so they are willing to give him power to do almost everything.  which is really scary.  we are forgetting that government is like a fire, it can be a dangerous servant, and an ever more dangerous master.   if obama does get into power, the government will grow at an incredibly large rate. possibly even larger than if mccain got in power.  this will just further turn america into the nations we fought a revolutionary warn agaisnt to get away from.  and then are we really america anymore?  i think not.  its a foolish idea to give up freedom for safety- for one reason because it will not make you any safer, for another because once you give that freedom up, it will be all that harder to get it back. i urge you and every american to vote for bob barr to turn this country around so we can get back on the path to prosperity again.
