  1. if the worm eats dirt, and the bird eats the worm, and the worm disappears, the bird will eat dirt.  jesus i should get paid for this

  2. depends on what part of the chain. The higher up the more chance for those below.

  3. the worm eats dirt, the bird eats the worm, the bird lays the egg which the snake eats, the hawk eats the snake,

if the worm disapears, the bird wont be able to eat as much meaning less eggs for the snakes, which means less food for the hawks, each species is dramatically affected and lowers the amount of that species. each would survive because very few species in the world are restricted to only one food soucre (only one animal or plant) like the australian koowala (sorry didnt spell right). but they'r numbers and health may be affected without the one source of food the were acustomed to eating.

  4. ok ,the insects  have the stongest ability to live , they just have made through from the times when dragons are living ,so the missing componet must not be insects.

According the theory of evolution by Darwin , the nature selects  the species  ,when one spiece doesnt adapt to the

nature, it will be extinct. This will have no effet to the foodchain.

  5. Extinction. I think.
