  1. In a lab scale, microwaving the water will result to super heating it.

So, the fish in a microwaved water will die soon, very soon.

  2. Depends on if the fish is in the water when you microwave it.

Water at a boiling temperature, no matter how that temperature is reached, is going to have a marked effect on the survival ability of any fish.  There are no species that can survive long in water that is 100 C.

If the water is allowed to cool after being in the microwave, and then the fish are added, it will have no effect on the fish.  The microwaving process doesn't change or taint the water in any way.

  3. Microwaving water does not change it in any way.  Maxwell observed that visible light, radiant heat, and radio waves were all the same phenom. They are just different parts of the spectrum.  Heating by microwave is no different than heating by radiant heating.
