You have Bacterial vaginosis, jus wear nomarl underwer. The bacteria is inside your vaginal wall etc, I suggest you wear a napkin to catch the discharge while the v****a is healing.  It might be a bit smelly but at least you know your panties are clean etc.

I would suggest normal cotton panties.  I would consider a pantyliner if there is discharge, and change it frequently.  Take the meds and it will be gone in no time.
