What is the effective way for me to learn how to speak with confidence..at work & play.?

Know what you speaking about just don't question what you are talking about there are a few speech books out there so pick one up from barns and nobles.i have a good one these book are mostly about business but it has a lot on how to speak.

Try practicing in the mirror first.  Start talking to people you don't know.  It is sometimes easier to start a conversation with someone you don't know.  Join a class that requires you to speak.  Take deep breaths before speaking.  Know your topic well and enjoy!!!

Go and visit your local rotary club like say Toast Masters they will  teach you the skills of speaking,to a crowd of people,with ingrained confidence !!
