As I asked, does anyone know the benefits of using biodiesel fuel? Sure it's cleaner, all that jazz, I just need to know for a school project some things like how many MPG it gets you, it's cost vs. gasoline, what it does to the price of food on the market, etc. Give me any thoughts, facts, and especially websites with info if you can. Thank you!

  1. Stop alternative energy programs based on ethanol and bio fuels.

Bio fuel is only 75% as efficent as a gallon of gas and produces more CO2 in total production.

South America and the US used to export food. Now all that food is wasted and turned into gas that costs more per gallon, the production emits CO2 and on average uses 30 gallons of pure drinkable water (a resource that is getting scarcer on this planet) while increasing the basic cost of food.

We need to start drilling for more oil, besides gasoline other by products are fertilizer,  natural gas, diesel, and of course plastic. All at a lower energy cost and no consumption of food except by the workers.

  2. I love biodiesel.Fast starts ,more power,mileage goes from 32 mpg to 36 mpg.higher cetane than diesel.Smells like fries.
