What is the efficient way to search job in Dubai?

I am a Nepalese guy going Dubai very soon in Visit Visa. I am afraid that I might not get the job. Can any one assure me about the job over there in Dubai. I am well qualified, as well I have had a lot of years' experience in various fields.

i just arrived in dubai 4 months ago im working for a bank with very good compensation try applying in sales if you have experience im with barclays dubai.. its great here.. hope you could join us.. hope i was able to help you.. GOOD LUCK
