I have a walmart moneycard. Every time I try to reload the card, the lazy cashier says she has no idea how to do it and I have to go stand in line at another register. Can you please give me a copy of the step by step guide on reloading the card so I can carry it with me so they no longer have an excuse to avoid doing their job? Thank you.

is it a walmart gift card or a walmat prepaid visa?

if it is a walmart gift card all she has to do it push the gift card button, it will ask her to slide the card, after she slides the card, it will say enter amount, she enters the amount you want to add and then hits enter, then total, then you pay her.
