  1. I agree that it is most likely a hair clog.  At Lowes or Home Depot, you can purchase a plastic tool called a "Zip-it".  It costs about $3, and is very easy to use.  Try this before calling a plumber.  Good luck!

  2. more than likely its plugged with hair.

Walmart sells a tool for a few dollars to run in the drain and pull out the hair.

I'm a plumber and I would get any were from $60 up for doing that job.

    plus parts.

Or there is  a product called thrift, that is put in the drain and run hot water with it and it works very good for keeping small drains open.

    Good Luck

  3. We live in a small town and its $60. For that price you could buy a plumbers sink snake. Take out the stopper and twist the snake down the drain then back out a few times until it goes in all the way in. Then flush it out with water. Good luck. PS If you have more then that drain not working its a clog in the main line- call a plumber.

  4. Usually anywhere between $50-$100 an hour and then parts.

  5. when you tried unclogging the drain  , did you take the overflow /trip lever cover off and than gently put a rag in the overflow  pipe  and than plunge  to clean out the clog . it will take some elbow grease but it works majority of the time  . also if there is a grid drain on the tub  remove that and look for hair wrapped around the drain area .. plumbers here start at 75 an hour  . the company i work for would cost you about 140 dollars for the first hour and 90  for each hour after that  . hopefully you can get it unclogged yourself.
