What is the estimated cost of transporting a car from Chicago, Illionis to Tempe, Arizona?

Do you think it would be better off just driving it down there or having it shipped? I am moving down there to go to school so I am just trying to figure out what is the easiest and most cost effective route to take. I am also not really looking forward to driving 25-28hours :-/
