  5. Using information about New Delhi (from Wikipedia), 28° 37′N, 77° 14′E, elevation 206 meters, Indian Standard Time = GMT +5:30, and the online eclipse calculator in the source, I find it starts at 16:03, reaches mid eclipse with 54% of the Sun covered at 17:03 and ends at 17:57.
