If this doesn't work access AKO and use the link on the home. As far as the pass word, you can request a new pass word or contact your Admin NCO or your CAC office.

Your username is your social security number.

You can reset your password through your unit S-1, probably at brigade level, or you can go to your post soldier support center.  Of course you could do it the easy way and go to Mypay through the link on AKO.  You don't have to log into it after you sign in to AKO.
