  1. Eat less of fattening foods, especially junk food and walk everywhere and you will lose weight. The key is to eat properly and take sustainable exercise. By sustainable I mean exercise that you can do easily, without special facilities or equipment.

  3. running it burns lots of calories and interval runnining is good, slow pace for a short while then a short sprint for a while and so on. Plenty of water and eating reguarly, healthy meals and healthy snacks

  4. As someone said anything will do. If you want to do something but have no access to a gym running, sit-ups/crunches, push-ups, squats, and lunges are some easy things to do that require essentially nothing.

  10. you can do any form of exercise basically BUT the most effective would be a combination of cardio and toning/resistance exercises. Most forms of dance,sports,walking,jogging,skipping rope,cross training/eliptical & swimming are cardio oriented and they induce heat in the body. Toning/resistance exercises are like pilates,hathayoga,weight lifting/iron bar pumping,budokon,chi gong & calisthenics. you can do a variety of exercises if you join a gym or if you wanna save cash try going for walks daily and do some yoga or pilates as soon as you return...calorie shift your meals too. remember! fitness is 33% exercise and 66% proper nutrition,so portion control your meals.
